Sorry for being MIA for so long. I’ve been enjoying my holidays way too much 😁😁 this morning’s breakfast is oats with soy milk, chia seeds, mixed berries and a little bit of honey + my usual coffee that I honestly could not start the day without. Caffeine doesn’t do much for me but I enjoy the taste and it’s become part of my morning ritual. Today I’m doing week 3’s legs and cardio because I didn’t get the time yesterday. It’s Tuesday (aka my Monday morning) so let’s smash it‼️
